ARTICLE 1:
The goods sold shall remain our property until full payment is made.

ARTICLE 2 :
If the invoices are not paid within the agreed deadlines, the goods will not be delivered until they have been paid.

ARTICLE 3:
The professionals will carry out the payments of the invoices by cash on delivery.

ARTICLE 4:
Dental prostheses not placed in the mouth within one month must be billed again.

ARTICLE 5:
Any change in colour with respect to the initial order, even in the case of a repair or a part to be reworked, will be invoiced in accordance with our current rates.

ARTICLE 6:
Any work that needs to be repaired, modified or re-done again must be sent to the laboratory together with the last take of both upper and lower plaster models, providing the order number of the order that gave rise to the work. If these conditions are not respected, we will be obliged to invoice you again for the total amount of the work carried out.

ARTICLE 7:
In the case of a repair under warranty that requires modification with respect to the initial work that gave rise to the order, it will be invoiced as a new prosthesis made.

ARTICLE 8:
Against our will, if an order is poorly prepared or without the necessary information to be provided by the professional, it will inevitably cause delays.

ARTICLE 9:
In the case of orders already worked with precious or semi-precious metals, the laboratory, on the basis of 20 to 25 % of the losses, (rate practiced for the whole profession) and after having received the initial work, will be able to invoice the difference with respect to the final work.

This difference will occur during weighing, which determines the losses or decreases during the process of carving and moulding, which is given from the raw state to the polished state of the metal.

ARTICLE 10:
The Declaration of Conformity of the dental prosthesis of our laboratory must accompany your order, where it is reflected the Sanitary Registration number and manufacturer’s details.

ARTICLE 11:
Our laboratory shall not be liable for delays in deliveries caused by means of transport used for this purpose.

ARTICLE 12:
Jurisdiction and Jurisdiction – The parties agree to submit to any dispute, discrepancy, question or claim resulting from the implementation or interpretation of this agreement to the Courts and Tribunals of Barceona.
