In line with its values, Dental-Lab respects and protects – by all means at its disposal – the rights to honor and privacy, privacy, and ideological, religious and religious freedoms of all persons with whom it deals. Along these lines, Dental-Lab respects all legal requirements regarding data protection, thus protecting the personal data it collects and processes. The following is a transcription of our data protection policy.
Data collection and processing purposes
Dental-Lab informs about the purposes for which it collects personal data at the time of collection. In this regard, Dental-Lab does not collect more data than is strictly necessary. As the purposes may vary from case to case, Dental-Lab indicates the purpose and treatments to which the data will be submitted in each of the data collection forms. We strongly recommend reading the information clauses located at the bottom of each of the data collection forms before accepting them. We remind you that the sending of any of the forms implies the acceptance of the informed conditions.
Data transfer
Dental-Lab does not transfer personal data to third parties unless you have previously informed us of the identity of the transferees and the purposes of the transfer and unless, if necessary, you have also obtained their consent.
Security
Dental-Lab has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and theft of the personal data it deals with in the performance of its functions. Thus, Dental-Lab applies the security measures required by the Data Protection Regulations in development of the security principle contained in Article 9 of the Organic Law on Data Protection.
Cookies
Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that the Dental-Lab website places on your computer’s hard drive through your web browser to allow Dental-Lab systems to recognize your browser when you visit our website in the future. Dental-Lab does this in order to make browsing our website more convenient and simple for you. If you have provided us with your email address, Dental-Lab will not use it to send you commercial communications unless you have expressly requested it (for example, by subscribing to the newsletter from the home page or by checking the box “I wish to receive the Dental-Lab newsletter” during the registration process or you have expressly given us your consent to do so. In either case, we will give you the ability to revoke your consent in all electronic marketing communications you receive. You may also revoke your consent at any time.
Rights of data subjects
Dental-Lab allows holders of personal data to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition in the terms set out in the Organic Law on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations. You can do so by sending an e-mail to the following e-mail address: spain@dental-lab.fr, by ordinary mail to Dental-Lab, Calle Urgell, 44 – Pral 1ª, 08011, Barcelona, or by any other means that allows you to accredit the sending and reception of the request.
Validity and modification of this data protection policy
This privacy policy is effective as of October 31, 2016. Dental-Lab reserves the right to unilaterally modify its data protection policy in the event of a change in current legislation, jurisprudential doctrine or internal criteria. Any changes to this policy will be published at the same address.
